Our History & Heritage
Huizenga & Wierenga Insurance Agency is a locally owned and operated agency with deep roots in the Fulton community. Our story began in 1934 when the agency was founded by the late C.G. Huizenga. Following his passing in 1964, his son Wayne Huizenga took the helm to continue the family tradition of excellent service.
In 1988, the Wayne Huizenga Insurance Agency and the Cliff Wierenga Agency officially merged, forming the Huizenga & Wierenga Insurance Agency we know today.
The Next Generation
Upon Wayne’s retirement in 2001, ownership transitioned to his two sons, David and Randy. David joined the agency in 1988, and Randy followed in 2001. Today, they proudly continue their family's multi-generational legacy of professional care. As active members of the community, the entire team shares a commitment to keeping you and your family safe and covered in all aspects of life.
